The Best Resources for Renewing Your Mind

My job is to help others jumpstart a journey of mental, physical, and spiritual renewal. In so doing, I often direct my clients to quality resources that feed the mind what it has been craving. The old adage certainly applies regarding state of mind: “You are what you eat.” So I often refer my clients to great books and other learning tools in keeping with my practical approach and my desire to make psychological principles understandable and doable in the most expedient of ways.
